1. Service Description

Osyrion provides a Traffic Simulation as a Service (TSaaS) platform delivered via an official Telegram-based interface. The Platform enables authorized users to generate synthetic web traffic and simulate complex browser-based interaction patterns for the purposes of infrastructure validation, performance testing, and telemetry analysis.

All traffic generated by the Platform is artificial. Osyrion makes no representation that the generated traffic constitutes real end-user behavior outside of the specified simulation context. The service is intended strictly for professional technical evaluation and stress-testing.

2. Usage Model and Digital Credits

The Platform operates on a prepaid digital credit model. Access is governed by "Credits," which represent digital consumable units of account.

  • All purchases are converted into digital credits and are immediately usable upon allocation.
  • Credits are treated as consumed-value units, not physical goods or reversible transactions.
  • Credits are consumed in real-time based on the volume, duration, and complexity of simulation activity.
  • Credits are non-transferable and associated exclusively with the authenticated User ID.

3. Refund Policy – Strict Enforcement

Osyrion maintains a strict refund policy centered on the digital consumable nature of our service. This policy is final and non-negotiable.

A. Non-Refundable Principle

All consumed credits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Partial usage of a credit balance permanently voids refund eligibility for the entire affected balance.

B. Limited Exceptions

Refund eligibility is limited strictly to the following scenarios, subject to audit and verification:

  • Verified duplicate payments resulting from processing errors.
  • Verified billing or charging errors caused by system processing failure.
  • Confirmed technical malfunction within the Osyrion core infrastructure that fully prevented access to the service for a period exceeding 48 hours.

C. Unused Credits Rule

Refund requests are only considered for completely unused credit balances. Any usage, even minimal, disqualifies the entire balance from refund eligibility.

D. Time Limitation and Process

Refund requests must be submitted via billing@osyrion.app within 14 days of the payment date. Requests submitted outside this window are automatically invalid. All requests are subject to forensic verification before approval.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Platform for:

  • Initiating or participating in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any malicious activity intended to harm third-party infrastructure.
  • Simulating traffic for the purpose of fraud, deception, or manipulating advertising metrics.
  • Misrepresenting synthetic Platform traffic as legitimate real-user activity in commercial reporting.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our core orchestration engine or node network.
  • Any activity that violates the laws of the United Kingdom or the jurisdiction of the simulation target.

Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all remaining credits without refund eligibility.

5. Service Availability and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, service availability is not guaranteed. Osyrion reserves the right to implement maintenance windows or suspend orchestration for infrastructure stability.

Osyrion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for breaches of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination for misuse, all prepaid credits are forfeited and will not be refunded.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
